LEADERS MAKE NOTE OF EVERY PIXEL IN THE MEGAPIXEL OF THEIR VISION

LEADERS MAKE NOTE OF EVERY PIXEL IN THE MEGAPIXEL OF THEIR VISION “If the vision you have crafted for your future is for your goals alone, your passion to be a leader requires a revisit. The vision you develop, articulate and present to your team and your potential clients must also have a pixel or three which include them. Every goal and step in the process of reaching that vision in its fullness must consider the humanity of everyone required to achieve it and everyone who will be served by it as well. If they cannot see themselves in the completed picture, buy in will be hard to come by.” J Loren Norris Watch the video or catch the episode Leading Leaders Podcast 9-20-22: http://www.jlorennorris.com/podcast/leaders-make-note-of-every-pixel-in-the-megapixel-of-their-vision Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV
