Leaders Series: Barry O'Connell (Chairman of GOAL)

Barry has been the Chairman of GOAL since July 2021 and prior to that he worked for Coca Cola for over 20 years across a multitude of markets around the world, driving growth and transformation.   As we emerge from the pandemic, the requirements of leaders are evolving, with a noticeable shift towards wellbeing and balance as leaders hold up a mirror to themselves and reassess their priorities.
