Point 3: Make Wellbeing a Priority Now Leaders must know the importance of making wellbeing a top priority. Collaborate and develop strategies and policies that prioritize employees' wellbeing. Find strategies to help people feel better about what they do. Practical Tips: You need to take a day off. step away from your phone and anything else that distracts you from letting your mind rest. if you don't, you are never going to be fully replenished your energy level.
