LEADERS VALUE WYSIWYG AND KNOW EVERYTHING ELSE IS SUS

LEADERS VALUE WYSIWYG AND KNOW EVERYTHING ELSE IS SUS “No one likes to be deceived, lied to or misled. It would be nice if the people we interact with would simply tell the truth. Better yet, what if there was a WYSIWYG button, like the easy button, you just smack it and all the misleading filters and facades fall away? My challenge to you as leaders is simple: be honest, operate in integrity, take the lumps which come with telling the truth and let the chips fall where they may. Some people will hate you for it. Some people will love you for it. Some people will be repelled and others endeared for life. Your integrity is more of an asset than your 401k. Honest transparency is a friend worthy of the risk.” J Loren Norris Watch the video Leading Leaders Podcast 2-7-23: http://www.jlorennorris.com/podcast/leaders-value-wysiwyg-and-know-everything-else-is-sus Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV https://anchor.fm/j-loren-norris/support CLICK HERE for the FREE StoryPower Assessment - https://form.jotform.com/222696275293163
