LEADERS WHO EXERCISE COMPASSION ARE NOT WEAK BUT PROFOUNDLY STRONG

LEADERS WHO EXERCISE COMPASSION ARE NOT WEAK BUT PROFOUNDLY STRONG “Looking beyond the circumstances to see the humanity in any situation requires something special. A special type of discipline to think beyond self, to ask how might I benefit someone else, what part of my emotion response to the moment is simply self serving. This exercise is more than empathy or pity. This conscious awareness of the dignity of other humans requires a strong and accurate assessment of self.” J Loren Norris WATCH THE VIDEO 9-7-23: https://rumble.com/v3fms6y-leaders-who-exercise-compassion-are-not-weak-but-profoundly-strong.html Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV Miss something?
