LEADERS WHO LIVE IN AN ECHO CHAMBER OFTEN HAVE A FALSE SENSE OF SUCCESS

LEADERS WHO LIVE IN AN ECHO CHAMBER OFTEN HAVE A FALSE SENSE OF SUCCESS “If everything around you points to your greatness, you might be in greater danger than you know. If everyone you lead, everyone you report to, every one of your peers agrees with every word you say and every action you take, it’s time take stock. Being surrounded only by those who value your every idea and agree with every decision can lead to internal blindness. Take time as a leader to read books from people you know you don’t agree with off hand. Get to know people whose ideas are contrary to yours. Ask questions and truly to people who disagree with you. This will sharpen your skills, deepen your understanding and secure your ideas as valid or give you a new way to perceive.” J Loren Norris WATCH THE VIDEO 10-5-23: https://rumble.com/v3n59cd-leaders-who-live-in-an-echo-chamber-often-have-a-false-sense-of-success.html Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV Spotify - https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/j-loren-norris CLICK HERE to schedule a FREE CALL with Loren https://form.jotform.com/222696275293163
