LEADERS WILL BECOME TARGETS - DEFENSE - OFFENSE - INTEGRITY

LEADERS WILL BECOME TARGETS - DEFENSE - OFFENSE - INTEGRITY “When you rise up as a leader, you will be targeted. When you are targeted, you may or may not be given the opportunity to defend yourself. When you you rise up as a leader you will suddenly be on everyone’s radar. This is the benefit and curse of becoming a person of influence. Those who despise you will look to take you down by truth or travesty. Those who admire you will inadvertently maximize your exposure to risk by unintended affiliation or relationships. In any of these situations the best defense is a good offense and the best offense is integrity. When partnered with transparency, integrity means awareness, acknowledgment and admission to faults before they can be used as weakness. Build your skin to be thicker yet more transparent. Build your leadership to operate in integrity.” J Loren Norris Watch the video Leading Leaders Podcast 2-21-23: http://www.jlorennorris.com/podcast/leaders-will-become-targets-defense-offense-integrity Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV https://anchor.fm/j-loren-norris/support CLICK HERE for the FREE StoryPower Assessment - https://form.jotform.com/222696275293163
