Leadership Acceleration – Session 2 Showing Up

Let’s talk about something that holds a lot of people back—even when they’re confident in their ability.And that’s how they show up.You can be highly skilled, knowledgeable, experienced…But if you’re not visible,if you’re not heard,if you’re not influencing conversations…You will be overlooked.And again, this is something highlighted strongly in programmes like LEAP—that progression isn’t just about competence.It’s about communication, presence, and navigating the system around you.So in session two, we focus on behaviour.Not who you are……but how you operate.I’ll often ask:“How do people experience you in a meeting?”And that question alone makes people pause.Because many people don’t actually know.They know what they intend……but not what they project.
