Leadership and Coaching Team Decisions

When it comes to leadership and decision making it's important to have a clearly defined vision.  Your vision is going to guide you in the right direction. It's going to guide you to the best decision for your office.  One statement that we hear from dentists who are thinking about joining our coaching program is "I don't think my team will be on board."  As the doctor and the person signing the checks, it's essential that you build a team that is just as committed to the vision of the practice as you are.
