Leadership & Lockdown: A Discussion on the Student Pharmacist Leader’s Transition in and Out of Remote Leadership Positions during the COVID-19 Pandemic

For many student pharmacist leaders, the transition from in-person to remote leadership in March 2020 was a jarring experience. From re-planning an organization’s traditions to resolving conflicts through a screen, pharmacy students adapted to new leadership styles and ways to maintain their mental well-being. This podcast episode interviews second, third, and fourth year student pharmacists about their experiences navigating the pandemic as student leaders.
