Joining LLC host Kristy Knichel is Dr. Rita Webster, the founder of WiseLeader. Rita works with leaders who want to get to the next level of contribution in their careers. She founded WiseLeader over 20 years ago and has made a difference in the professional lives of countless leaders and their teams. Rita currently does one on one coaching, runs roundtables for VP and Director level women leading change, teaches the Mid-Level Women Manager Leadership Cohort series and does Systemic Team Coaching with teams who want to make better decisions and work more effectively with all of their stakeholders.  Rita delves into the many challenges women leaders face during this interview.
