Leadership Development in Malaysia

Working with several large employers within Malaysia, Daniel Russell of Leaderonomics sought to gain insight to the topic of leadership in Malaysia. There were some interesting key discoveries; the primary strength is interpersonal - creating a connection between the senior leader and the front line worker.
