My guest Dr. Antoine Hickman, Executive Director of Exceptional Children for Broward County, joins the show. During one of the worst tragedies in our country, the Parkland Shooting, Dr. Hickman's leadership was tested but he never wavered. Following, a discussion of his leadership our conversation delves into the power of relationships. He reminisces about his mentor, Coach Killa Miller, a man who gave him reasoning/rationale to push forward, to be better than ever thought as well as why Omega Psi Phi was the only way.
