Transparency leads to #accountability and accountability promotes #transparency. Leaders cannot be 100% transparent at all times. Tis would be irresponsible. Leaders have to hold the balance between the need to be strategic, confidential and the need for transparency. They also need to have #woisodm to know what and when to keep items confidential and not spill the beans. Transparency is for both positive and negative situations. Its a muscle we have to build.
