John Salkowski was this week’s guest on Success Profiles Radio. He is the author of the book “Leadership in the Line of Duty: 50 Lessons for Making Split Second Decisions from a Cop Who Has Been in Life and Death Situations.” We discussed his law enforcement career, and in particular, we talked about the most dangerous situation he ever faced while working on the police force. It turned his life upside down for several years afterward. John also talked about how to relate to different personality types and how that has impacted his success.
