LEADERSHIP - LIKE GENIUS DOESN’T GROW IN A VACUUM

LEADERSHIP - LIKE GENIUS DOESN’T GROW IN A VACUUM “Leaders are expected to have all the answers. Many leaders expect their answers to be solid, trust worthy, applicable, and ready to execute. What many leaders miss is a diverse perspective. The rush to make leadership decisions from one set of eyes limits the effectiveness of the ideas and the decisions. No one, no matter how smart has all the answers. Diversity demands we all bounce ideas off of others who live outside of our world purview, who can offer a new perspective to consider and who can apply the ‘poke, stretch, smash, pull and twist test’ to the leader’s ideas.” J Loren Norris Watch the #leadingleaderspodcast video 2-23-21: https://www.jlorennorris.com/podcast/leadership-like-genius-doesnt-grow-in-a-vacuum ________________________________ Leading Leaders Podcast is a short but impactful leadership video, blog and podcast distributed 5 days a week by J Loren Norris to promote faith, family and freedom in the face of a global leadership drought.
