She was the CEO and co-founder of Halebury, a law firm that specialised in flexible working for senior lawyers. In 2018 she and her co-founder sold the business to Elevate Services Inc where she was Vice President of the global flexible resourcing business till 2020. She has presented for Sky Weather, Sky Travel, BBC's Escape to the Country, advised on consumer and legal issues on the BBC's Watchdog to name a few.
