Leadership is best forged and developed in relationships and opportunities to lead others. We must move beyond the theoretical of learning from a book. Leadership is influence not a title carried it if you're a coach that has no employees and teaches leadership principles you should be looking for opportunities to serve as a leader at a non profit or charitable organization.
