Aditya currently sits on the Board of Directors of Fabindia - India’s largest retail platform; and OYO, one of the world’s leading hospitality chains with presence across 80 countries. Most recently, he was the CEO at OYO Hotels & Homes- India & South Asia. Prior to this, Aditya was the President & Member of the Board of IndiGo, for ten years and turned it into India’s largest & most profitable airline. Aditya was also a Board Member of InterGlobe Hotels and InterGlobe Technologies. Aditya is currently involved with the management teams, boards & investors of companies across sectors, in transforming these businesses especially around challenges of scaling up; consumer focus; branding and marketing; financial sustainability; organisational culture and communication strategy. Aditya is an active supporter of the start-up world and has made multiple investments through his investment venture - Homage Ventures. It has a positive bias towards supporting women led enterprises and diverse management teams. He has invested in companies such as Blue Tokai, an indigenous coffee roaster; Wholsum Foods, focussing on healthy & affordable food products made from super grains; SpeakIn a first-of-its kind expert platform; Vsync, a brand and digital consultancy; Juggernaut, an aspiring world-class Indian publishing company; Sarva Yoga; Genepath Diagnostics; & CreditEnable. Aditya is also Member of the Advisory Board and Investor at the VC firm, Fireside Ventures. Aditya has a keen interest in philanthropy and creating social impact in the areas of Education; Diversity & Inclusion; Health & Well-being; and Art & Culture. He is one of the Founders of The Ashoka University and Member - Circle of Sponsors where he is actively involved. He is also Member of the Advisory Board at the Centre for Creative Leadership, the world’s leading provider of education in leadership development. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre, which aims to transform the delivery of justice. Aditya never went to business school and is a lawyer by training. Before his business roles, Aditya practised corporate law at the prestigious law firms, J. Sagar Associates and K&S Partners and thereafter, as the General Counsel at InterGlobe Enterprises. Aditya is married with two children and currently resides in India. He is considered to be one of the fittest business leaders in India. He has many other interests and describes himself as being “ever curious”
