Leadership: Sharing of Power

I was inspired by Genesis 40 to 41, where Pharaoh gave Joseph the power to rule both his house and his people. If God has favoured Joseph, and he that finds a wife has obtained favour from the LORD, why do men struggle to share power with their helpmeet? In this episode, I am talking about how husbands are meant to be like Joseph's Pharoah, for the wives to spread their wings and manifest as the Proverbs 31 woman.
