Establishing Trust Mindset Training Goal Setting 3 Types of Friends Right out of college Mike was the JV coach for the boys and varsity assistant coach for the girls at Detroit Country Day.  The varsity boys team won a state championship led by then-sophomore Shane Battier.  Mike then moved to Shrine Catholic High School for 16 years (4 divisional championships, 4 time Catholic League Finalists, and one State District Title.  Then moved to Royal Oak High School for 4 years.  Total of 20 years as varsity coach.
