Love has spent more than 22 years working for the Department of Defense in the Department of the Navy, United States Marine Corps, the Joint Staff and the Office of Secretary of Defense.  Love holds a master's degree in public administration from The George Washington University, a master's of science in resource strategy from the Eisenhower School at the National Defense University, and is an associate certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. She's a wife, and mother of two, and grew up in rural Alabama.
