In this episode i was inspired by a recent article i read that argued 30% of leaders in family run businesses will either retire or die in the next 7 years. What a sobering statistic. While i have reverance for the seriousness and heartbreak this will cause, i can't help but think that there are some very specific steps that can be taken to ensure that your business will be left in capable hands.
