Leading IN and OUT of Crisis Part 2

Today's episode is in response to a the second part of a talk from Craig Groeschel about how we as leaders need to approach the reality that we are currently leading out of a very real crisis. Here are some of the high points: There is nothing "usual" about the crisis we are coming out of and the way it's impacted our world. Question everything and be willing to change ANYTHING!  As leaders, we need to listen more and talk less. It's important that your team hears from you, but its MORE important that you hear from your team. Three questions we should be asking: 1. How ARE you? 2. How can I help? 3. What can we change in our current strategy? We have a responsibility to help our hurting team members heal.
