THIS TIME IT'S DIFFERENT This is the first in a series of 5 lessons I'll be releasing to help you, your team and your family come to grips with some of the emotions you may be experiencing through this period of unsettling uncertainty. In this first lesson, I talk about two types of grief, the stages of grief, and what we all crave for in these "unprecedented" times. Pain shared, is pain divided. Because just accepting where you're at, and where others are at, creates even more of a sense of connection and community.
