Leading Like the Master: Greatness through Serving

What makes a great leader? Jesus gives perhaps the greatest leadership advice ever in Mark 10:45. "For the Son of Man came not to be served by to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many." Many people think greatness is found in a position or title, and they seek the glory that comes from that. However, Jesus teaches us that true greatness is found in service. Greatness is making decisions that serve others instead of ourselves. When we serve it helps unite the church, we are modeling Jesus, and it changes us for the better.
