Part 2 - Implementing purpose-driven principles Building off the initial conversation, we talk about how to implement these ideas, the challenges, and how they apply to the pharmaceutical industry and other business areas like finance and FMCG. According to Nick, “A lot of companies have a purpose statement on the wall, but when you go and look at it everyday, it’s about hitting quarterly targets.” Having a purpose-driven mindset is really a shift away from focusing on risk to focusing on opportunity.
