In a flock of chickens, the leader is the dominant bird, or alpha chicken, that establishes the pecking order and leads the flock. The pecking order is a natural behavior that helps maintain order and stability. This is usually based on rankings that emerge from squabbles over food. So what does that have to do about life? Can we learn to be a leader and become the person who not only leads, but also enlightens others?
