Before becoming an administrator, Kara Lea served as a middle and high school English teacher, athletic coach, campus instructional teacher, and curriculum writer. She has presented on multiple occasions at district, region, state, and national conferences. Today she partners with Sharon Siar to discuss how different generations are changing the way people view leadership and climbing the "corporate ladder" whether that be in education, logistics or any industry.
