There is often a misunderstanding around racism that people think racism is time-dependent, that there is an arrow of time that leads us inextricably towards this woke future where racism does not exist anymore. Racism is not time-dependent it is power dependent which is the issue. About Dr Ollie FolayanDr Ollie Folayan is a chartered process engineer and combustion specialist with experience in the oil and energy industry. He is also a fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers. Ollie leads the Scottish arm of AFBE-UK set up in Aberdeen in November 2011.
