from Everyday Leadership · host Sope Agbelusi

"I was very unhappy, and I said, why am i doing this? Why am I living this life of maybe what i think is supposed to be successful?" There seems to be a certain moment where we all stop, take a step back and assess if this is what we really want? Most of the time we are forced into this space, into this questioning of what we want life to be and what truly makes us happy. It can be daunting to leave what you know to unlearn, relearn and create something new that gives you purpose, passion and joy in life. Yes, the opportunities are unknown but the journey of starting to live your authentic self is a great starting point. In this weeks episode, Oorbee Roy takes us on the unexpected but thrilling exciting of finding yourself, living your purpose, and picking up a skateboard at age 43. Remember, you dont need to know the end point or destination of life, but if you follow your inner direction and purpose, youll find yourself living and breathing the life you truly want. She took the plunge and started her journey to live a purposeful life, in her definition. For anyone thats afraid its too late for them to try the thing they always wanted to do, shes here to tell you its never too late to live your best life! You can do it, Aunty believes in you!
