Diana Torres, manager of central sterile processing, leads an essential behind-the-scenes team responsible for the complex, multi-step sterilization of medical instruments. An advocate for her 28 techs and a believer in continuing education, she not only models leadership by working alongside her team but also teaches a sterile processing course at Rowan, helping to train the next generation.
