LEADWAVE Technologies Inc. CEO discusses merger with IT Designs and growth plans

The latest acquisition between LEADWAVE®, headquartered in Sarnia, Ontario, and IT Designs, of London, Ontario, has transformed LEADWAVE® into one of the largest managed IT companies in Southern Ontario. The companies joined forces January, 2025, combining their expertise and resources to deliver enhanced IT solutions and services to their clients. As the company continues to grow, they are finding new opportunities where their team depth can continue to be leaders as Managed Service Providers. Such opportunities include LEADWAVE® moving to a new facility in the Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Centre, Canada’s largest clean-tech incubator which focuses on large-scale technology. This physical move will provide roughly twice the square footage of their current Sarnia location, and provide the ability to build deeper connections within the technology arena.
