League Math

from Forever Exiled Hosted by Tagz, Wrecker of Days

Let's see...we have 2 weeks to go until GGG's ExileCon, we have 6 weeks to go until Path of Exile 2 1.0, and maybe we have 2 weeks to go until PoE Q's 4.0? Maybe? The paid promotions have begun and we can't wait to see the rest! Bring on the news! Thanks for listening to episode 367! We love your faces. This week, we work through the increasingly complicated Path of Exile release calendar. With ExileCon 2026 only two weeks away and Path of Exile 2’s full 1.0 launch arriving on December 11, we debate whether the next Path of Exile 1 league will really be 3.30 or whether GGG could surprise everyone with PoE 1 version 4.0. We also look back at how Path of Exile’s version numbers moved through 1.x, 2.x, and 3.x, and what a major PoE 1 update this close to PoE 2 could mean for both games. The marketing machine is starting up too. We talk about GGG’s sponsored Viva La Dirt League passive-tree video, the Path of Exile 2 registration and reward campaign, ExileCon merchandise, and how the promotional schedule may build toward launch. We also share what we hope to see revealed at ExileCon, including more than the Duelist and swords, additional classes and Ascendancies, and enough new content to make Path of Exile 2’s 1.0 release feel truly complete.
