Leaking Roofs

Jim gets started with a couple email questions on damped wood from a possible roof leak and somebody looking for a homebuilder. He also takes calls on a patio cover not attached to the roof properly, replacement windows recommendation, using ready seal to hold paint, covering a pea gravel driveway, putting in a reverse osmosis water system, and more.
