Lean Toward Love

This episode is very tender for me because recently I have been doing loving work with my 8 year old self (picture in podcast art) and all the things she was told or interpreted to be true about her which in fact weren't true at all; the things that shaped me into the person I am today; the things that forced me to be an adult way before my time; to be responsible for what I should never have been responsible for; ALL OF IT. Giving that child space to breathe, laugh, love, play, be a little careless, and carefree, and give her a little more room to be fully herself. And that is what I want for you and whatever part/parts that haven't been able to be free at whatever age. I will lead you through a little meditation at the end - you as your own icon.
