As we grow in knowing Jesus more truly, others benefit from our walk with him. In this week’s podcast, Stasi and her good friend Sue Eitemiller enjoy a conversation about what it looks like to invite God into all the changing seasons of our lives. Sue describes the transition from believing in God out of duty and living out of her own strength to discovering a faithful friend in Jesus and choosing to trust him with her desire for more. Sue can see now how God has used all of the unknowns of her past to become the testimony of her love affair with Jesus. In this shifting season, she has learned that it is important to honor both what is over and what is next, and to find God in the here and now.…..SHOW NOTES:…..VERSES: Isaiah 62:3-5 (NIV) — You will be a crown of splendor in the Lord’s hand, a royal diadem in the hand of your God. No longer will they call you Deserted, or name your land Desolate. But you will be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; for the Lord will take delight in you, and your land will be married. As a young man marries a young woman, so will your Builder marry you; as a bridegroom rejoices over his bride, so will your God rejoice over you.…..OTHER RESOURCES:Resilient: Restoring Your Weary Soul in These Turbulent Times by John EldredgePause App: 1 minute pause and 30 Days to Resilient…..Don’t Miss Out on the Next Episode – Subscribe for FreeSubscribe using your favorite podcast app:Apple PodcastsSpotifyGoogle PodcastsAmazon Music & Audible
