Leap stands for; Laughter, Emotional Management, Purpose. Leap Groove programs are mobile classes and workshops for youths and adults that are specifically crafted to meet the needs of your organization. Each program is designed to support healthy development and improvement of social, emotional & physical health. Each lesson is carefully created to connect mind, body & soul through games, activities, mindfulness and movement to improve emotion identification and regulation & overall health and wellness in a safe, fun and creative way.
