Emanuele “George” Scalco is a proud Italian American story which is shared from his recent book called “Leap of Faith”. George life’s journey by beginning with born and growing up in pre-WW II Venice Italy. He shares his struggles and joys of growing up in the canals of Venice only to have his life disrupted by the horrors of WW II. His story of courage, love, persistence, and being resilient demonstrates that if you have the will power and passion, you’ll accomplish anything you set forth. He had a long torturous journey to becoming a United States Citizen and a deep goal in achieving the American dream. A Dream of having a home, being married with children, and a college education. All these accomplishments through challenging odds which George is proud for his family.
