Regardless of your current health status you can benefit from the program and earn $$ in the process! Find out how to earn by following the steps below. Enroll: Get signed up through Trinity Healthcare to have your fasting labs drawn and results consultation.Eligibility: Company drivers paying second year insurance rates are eligible for the program. Participate: Participate in and complete activities assigned during your results consultation. Activities will vary from general health, fitness, and nutrition categories, and are subject to change over time. Activities could consist of varying challenges and presentations such as; step challenges, in-truck exercise/recipe education, healthy weight loss strategies, etc. Earn: Participate in and complete all doctor prescribed activities and earn up to $400 per year in insurance reimbursements.Extra Credit: Want to double your money?! Earn an extra $400 per year by completing doctor suggested extra credit activities.
