It's the last week and that means the last round of fixtures in the Premier League. The champions of England, Germany, Spain and France have already been crowned, and Juventus are pretty much guaranteed to win Serie A unless Napoli can score a hatful of goals and Juventus slip up in their remaining two fixtures.
