Learn From Aspen

As we enter into Circle today to learn and stay curious, I invite you to join me as we sit with our friend, Aspen. We'll consider the lessons they teach us and the wisdom they hold within their roots, within their life, and within their letting go. There is much to learn from this being on living, on death, and on rebirth.

• Shadows as natural parts of you: you don't have to be afraid of darkness
• A reflective meditation: learn how to weave your breaths together and see the parts of your life that are struggling to grow and connect
