There's an old quote that goes soemthinglike this, "Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it."

We all experience various events in life. We make choices that lead to consequences or outcomes that we may or may not like.

Think about your life. Think about decisions you've made that resulted in a negative outcome.

If you didn't recognize what happened, took the time to explore what you could have done differently and acknowledged your role in it, then you probably didn't learn much from it.

In this podcast episode, we discuss the importance of learning from our personal histories so that we don't keep making the same mistakes over and over again.

After listening, feel free to send me a note letting me know if you did a life audit on your past mistakes and what you learned that you'll use to make better decisions going forward.
