Williams, a Program Management professional with 25+ years of experience managing and leading projects for the Federal Government, a nine (9) years-young Distinguished Toastmaster, that supports and leads a district of over 2,000 members within Toastmasters International and a Servant Leader where the betterment of others has always been her passion!As a Servant Leader, Cynthia wishes to freely volunteer her skill sets gained as a Program Management professional and her leadership experience acquired while serving as a Toastmaster International District Leader.In both her professional and Toastmasters journey, she quantifies her sense of accomplishment through assisting others in reaching, achieving, and exceeding their GOALS.Cynthia has been in District Leadership with Toastmasters International, a national nonprofit, educational organization.
