Ms. Gooding-Liburd knows all aspects of municipal government.Ms. Liburd is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Government Finance Officer. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master’s in Accounting, as well as a bachelor’s in finance and business administration. She is also a partner of G&L Accounting Services, LLC and Government Finance Tutoring, LLC.G&L Accounting Services, LLC and Government Finance Tutoring LLC are a husband-and-wife CPA firm that specializes in Government Finance. Both partners are Certified Public Accountants and Certified Government Finance Officers and together have over forty years of experience working in the Governmental arena.
