Learn How To Reframe How You Think About Negotiating

from Quietly Visible · host Carol Stewart

For many introverted women leaders, negotiation may not be one of their strongest assets in the corporate environment.  Some may believe it involves confrontation.   In this episode, I introduce Mark Herschberg who is the CTO of Averon, a cryptographer, university instructor, and champion ballroom dancer, chairs the IEEE standards committee on HTTPSi and serves on the board of TechieYouth.  Mark is also the author of 'The Career Toolkit, Essential Skills for Success No One Taught You' - he reaffirms that negotiation is not confrontation and discusses how you can learn to reframe how you think about negotiation, particularly as you progress in your leadership career. About Mark A Herschberg Mark is the author of The Career Toolkit, Essential Skills for Success That No One Taught You.
