Learn to Love your Body - Transformative Sleep Hypnosis & Meditation

from Steve Roe Hypnotherapy

Welcome back to this Sleep Hypnosis audio - here to help you let go, switch off and fall into a long, deep sleep. With this particular recording, I have focused on suggestions for those who may struggle with body confidence and may need some subconscious messaging in order for them to start learning to love their body more. The audio has been aimed to help encourage those to have more respect for their physique. I've done my best to drill home the message that the more positivity you carry with regards to your body size or shape, the more respect you will have for it. And the more respect you have for it, the more you're likely to want to spend time maintaining it with a healthier way of life.I hope you enjoy my audio as much as I enjoy creating them. I have to give credit to those who've inspired me to do this - the likes of Michael Sealey, Tansy Forrest, Jason Stephenson (and many more) who are incredible in this field.
