Learning a New Skill in the Fire
from Black Wall Podcast Hosted by Stefen lee
Today I talk about the new skill I am learning. the art of using credit and leverage to grow and hold my portfolio. I have been investing in real estate for 10 years and the idea of credit is one that I have kept away from. The damage that it has done to our community as black and brown investors is real. The skill of hard work and do it myself got me to this place. Now I have to add a new tool in my tool box. I will not abandon my head work and do it myself skills. I do need to get out of being a one trick pony and add another zero on my portfolio worth.ALL OF SEASON 1 & 2 ONLY AVALIBLE ON OUR PATREON CHANNELLFULL AD FREE AUDIO/VIDEO is Available on our PATREON CHANNEL https://www.patreon.com/Blackwallpodcast FREE 7 DAY TRIAL!!!!NEW PODCAST EPISODES RELEASED EVERY WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY on all PODCAST PLATFORMS .
