Ingrid Bredenberg discovered the labyrinth’s power, peace, and beauty while walking in one at Omega Institute in 1999. Since then, she’s studied with expert labyrinth designers, researchers, and builders in Sweden, England, Australia, and the United States. She has designed and used labyrinths in workshops and ceremonies for wellness conferences, churches, colleges, community gatherings, and even weddings.

She is the Tampa Bay Representative for The Labyrinth Society, an international association of labyrinth experts and enthusiasts. She co-hosts World Labyrinth Day on the first Saturday in May in her home city of Gulfport, Florida, and conducts workshops and celebrations that bring people together to “walk as one for peace.”
