Learning about Labyrinths

“Labyrinths are ancient symbols of wholeness…they combine the imagery of the circle and the spiral into a meandering but purposeful path.”               – Lauren Artress, Walking a Sacred PathIngrid Bredenberg discovered the labyrinth’s power, peace, and beauty while walking in one at Omega Institute in 1999.
