Then,The plaintiff dated the defendant, but on two occasions, she says the defendant came to her job and caused a scene, which led to her getting fired, so now she’s suing her ex-girlfriend for rent and breach of contract. The defendant claims the plaintiff punched her in the face and ruined her car, so now she’s countersuing for the damages. Plus, The plaintiff says she paid the defendant to tattoo her arm. She claims his shoddy work gave her a severe infection, so she’s suing for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. The defendant claims he and the plaintiff had sex after the tattooing procedure. He says she got an infection because she failed to take care of the tattoo site. He’s countersuing for harassment.
